My mom “peacefully” died in her sleep December 28th 2024 - dementia took her. Her funeral was January 7th 2025. The last time she was mentally active (present enough to know me) was a few days in No... TikTok video by Alan Mathewes

I can’t with this world… with my mom’s passing it feels like the beautiful world I expected/lived in has passed on into darkness with her.

Loco Motive - adventure game in the style of Lucasfilm game. Has some wonky puzzles situations but otherwise a fun little story driven adventure with a murder mystery theme.

July last good day, by November Mom was receiving Hospice care, and on December 28th mom was gone. Dementia took everything.

My mother passed on December 28th 2024. Her funeral was January 7th 2025. I did my best to talk about her at the burial. “My heart has joined the Thousand, for my friend has stopped running today.” Was how I began, but I am broken and broke down. Dementia robbed me of a best friend and my Mom.

It a dark thought, but it’s true. My mother is barely verbal now, and as my sister went to her car to get more things, my mother mouthed (to my best guess) “I miss my dog.” I know I will miss my Mom. 2/2

My sister decided to pick up a dog for our mother who is in the last stages of Dementia and is now in hospice. She was worried that her child would find the stuffed animal before we were able to give it to our Mother. I told her, “Well she will get him soon, so not too worry too much about it.”1/2
