"A wonderful question, I have been experimenting with ceruleum, but I have considered other ways, I have heard of the Sharlyan experiments with Aetheryte and wondered if that might be an option."

Despite her being tall for a Miqo'te, Nero loomed over easily with his natural Garlean build. He watched the other for a moment as her eyes went through his diagrams.

"And that area of study is one I respect, after all, if I had more time I would study there too, but alas, our greatest folly,"

Stopped for a moment as she shook his head with a dismissive wave. "Well, my lack of sleep is not exactly..relevant." He sighed with a shrug. "Perhaps my caffeine cure ay have its downsides."

He quirked a brow at her response as he handed over the papers. They were that of a complex device, one which very much seemed to be an attempt to copy an Allagan relic.

"Heh, then so be it, I would never force another to not use my name after all."

"On the contrary!" He gestured to her machinist pack with a nod. "You're quite impressive in your skills, I merely wished to test them, after all, you've exceeded many of your station"

Side eyes it then back to her with a knowing smirk. "Just trying to keep you on your toes, is all"

Smirked at that. "Really now? You seem to be quite bold, and here I thought such a concept might be quite foreign to you"

Smirk plastered on his face, Nero stepped off the airship into Gridania with a spring in his step. Repairs had been requested and he had been sure to live up to his reputation.

Now, he could enjoy the foliage and greenery around him, and consider how to one up the airship industry.

"Oh? Then no worries, Arya, I am happy to drop any formalities, makes it more casual." He gave a smirk at her with a small finger waggle. "Then I insist that you use Nero, or Great Engineer, if you choose to refer to me"

Presses a hand against his chest. "Gosh! Am I so predictable?" He shook his head with a low chuckle.

"But of course! I was just wondering how you have been handling the Magitek Armor you have acquired has been faring?"

"_via Magitech, and your prowess with the Faeries could be useful, if you don't mind me taking up some of your time?"

To be known as a rival of Garlond was not his preferred nature, but to be known as a genius was enough for him.

"Ah! Forgive my sudden appearance Miss Alsahiir, you see, i figured your talents could be of use to me," He gestured with a paper in his hand. "You see, I'm trying to perfect summoning-

Frowns a little as he takes a look at it.

"I suppose I would be rude not to," He sighs, slowly taking a bite of the loaf. Chewing for a moment as his eyes light up, and his smug smirk shifted to a sincere smile.

"Why, this is exquisite somehow! How on earth was such a thing created?"

"Oh but of course! Expect frequent updates and information regarding any future projects, I intend to utilize this platform to its fullest potential."
