#Switch2 almost caught up with the Wii U within four months of launch? Oof.

I've been looking into the changes coming at #GDC2026 and, honestly, I'm struggling to see anything different except it being referred to as a 'festival'. What am I missing?

It's great to see the #GalaxyXR getting strong support from devs at launch, but honestly that game line-up was so predictable.

The #MetaConnect leaks aren't really surprising to me. What is surprising is the amount of negativity towards them that I've been seeing.

To me, AR and VR have always been two sides of the same coin. Eventually they will converge, but right now it's AR's time for growth.

So #DOOM came out while I was in China, and now the #SpaceMarine remaster has been announced for 10th June. While I'm at #AWE.

The big release of the week, Zombie Army VR, has been delayed for both Meta Quest and PSVR 2, moving from 22nd May to 12th June.

The Steam date has yet to change, but will likely follow suit.

So the two best (non-VR) games I've played so far this year have been a remastered version of a 19 year-old game, and a game heavily inspired by that same 19 year-old game.
