Thanks for the tips. It’s still hot here at present. I make porridge in winter and don’t mind the texture. May try again or make some baked oats that we do like and are good eaten cold.

Overnight oats with yoghurt, raspberries & grapes.

Needed some variety in my breakfast so made overnight oats. Definitely a work in progress. Needed more liquid and some crunch - maybe toasted nuts. Any good tips for less gloopy o/n oats?

Dinner tonight was a Mexican chopped salad with prawns. Good for a very warm evening.

Labeled frozen meals.

Very unsophisticated system. But no ufos. Either of us can pull something out of freezer.

Just date them & label them. I use painters tape & a marker. I do the same for dry goods in the pantry.

So well organised.

I’m about to do a freezer audit. Write down a list of all in the freezer and get it eaten. Did cooking pre bathroom reno and we haven’t eaten much of it.
