On Jan 1st, I started the NY with a Misogi. I thought I couldn’t withstand the cold waters of the PNW. I thought I would wimp out and quit before I even started.
I did it with grace and mental fortitude. I left 2024 behind in the Puget Sound and emerged renewed. 2025 let’s go!!!
