I am currently in beautiful Seville. Never tire of Seville.

It is indeed stunning. It was quite hard for me to concentrate when I visited about 10 years ago as I was also supervising a school group of teenagers😵🤣 but I still remember being really impressed at the light and structure

Love the look of that church. I also love St Pancras. Maybe time to visit again!

👍 I put out a request randomly on Threads and got some fab replies which have effectively planned my itinerary. Flights booked for July. We are going to Stockholm for a few days prior to a 7 day Yoga/adventure retreat
Just need to choose hotel now … near Central Station

My biggest regret of my China trip was not buying a jade bracelet at the Jade factory . The sales assistants were like leeches and wouldn’t let me think. I walked away and they followed. So pressurised I gave up. Really sad I didn’t get one ! Despite the price.

We were only there for a few hours waiting for a connecting flight home.

China has been exhausting exhilarating fascinating. Our tour was Ancient China so we missed out some obvs things like pandas and a Yangtze cruise in favour of some more out of the way places. Luoyang , Pingyao Datong etc

Just made. I was worried it would be fruity and/or sweet. It actually tastes like a green tea so very happy. Hope the supposed heath benefits are true !

Haven’t tried it yet. I got bored slicing the berries so dried them whole which took longer of course. Now in a jar. Prob will try this afternoon. ( I need good Assam first thing in morning!)

First time making hawthorn tea. Anyone made? Do you actually bother slicing the berries for the dehydrator? I have started but…

Is it nice. Worth the effort? I make lots of jams but never done with apples. But I am ( happily ) drowning in apples and gifted a big bag as well today. Already got puree in freezer & dehydrated some for winter.
