I'm not in immediate danger or anything. the thoughts that i usually keep at bay are just getting more graphic and persistent.

it makes me feel fake, like what i feel isn't real. like IDK how else to express to someone that I'm actually dying inside besides just saying it straight up in a way that doesn't convey the gravity or urgency. idk.

i hate looking at my existence with such a cold detached objectivity that I'm able to see that i need help but not be able to be actionable or internalize anything.

it makes me feel pathetic because i can logic my way through everything so easily. but it doesn't change a thing internally.
