(Text wall below, you have been warned) Oh, yeah, an hc I forgot to share: Crow is very, REALLY, freakishly good at imitating others' voices, meanwhile Lou as a robot can do something similar where he records someone's voice and plays it back at them, be it exactly the same, or with speed or pitch differences, etc. When Crow first showed off his skill in front of Lou it threw Lou off to the point Crow had to clarify that no he's not another robot undercover or smthn and Lou would still hardly believe him 😂 now it's somethinng they proudly and vocally share as a couple and even tease each other with this lmao. This is inspired by how crows irl can imitate voices, and in some cases, almost to a 1:1. Yeah, this is part of my main FrostedDaggers timeline.

(Text wall below, you have been warned) In my Captain Crow x Lou (default) AU/ship timeline, at one point Crow does obtain the Phoenix Crow transformation too. Around Supercity, the heroes are fighting a bit bigger of a threat than usual. They are so cunning, that they even end up figuring out the biggest weak points of each hero, Captain's being that he has been in a secret relationship with a civilian/seller robot called Lou (in this AU Lou lives in, and the Snowtel is resided in, Supercity too for convenience's sake) Each one of the villain team would threaten to attack these weak points in some way or another in order to get a reaction, a physical appearance, of the heroes in a hurry in a weak moment, to annihilate them all the easier. Lou was all on his own when one of the villains approached him and attacked him, and right as they were charging a big attack almost to end Lou, they get the expected reaction from Captain Crow who is always on the look for problems that these guys cause, especially cautious of his bf.

I think I'm calling Moon Guardian Crow x Stone Troll Lou as "Tales of The Forest". (Two fire reactions under this first meessage). The "Tales" part applies to both while "Forest" applies to Stone Troll Lou specifically. Also, I've been wanting to name it that for a long while but I wasn't sure until now.

Have a FrostedDaggers hc Lou likes to help Crow gently remove the shaft of pin feathers of his that are ready. Crow was a bit embarassed to ask for help at first, as it had to be Lou who found him struggling to get to a certain pin feather of his back, Lou knowing a thing or two about birds went to help, and despite the small embarassment it relieved Crow cuz it was starting to get a bit itchy xd Normally Crow doesn't need too much help, so at first he refused to let Lou help him but quickly got used to it the next few times they did it together, Lou helping him in the areas that despite being reachable for Crow, are hard for him to get to. (Birds irl have these things called pin feathers which are basically like feathers in growth. From what I researched, when they're ready, they're longer, softer, protruding, and the sorta waxy coating/shaft starts coming out on its own, so the birds remove it themselves but also help each other remove them when they live in groups)

More FrostedDaggers stuff: Lou is the type to cry at everything (/hyperbole /lighthearted tone), while Crow is... well, you know him, more serious and doesn't cry or show his negative emotions that often, so typically it's him who comforts Lou and makes him feel safe esp when they're watching the sad part of a movie and stuff like that. At first, when Lou started showing that side of himself more to him, Crow acted like it annoyed him a bit but still took the opportunity to comfort him, while on the inside... Lou being sensitive is actually one of the many things Crow loves about him (being sensitive doesn't have to be a bad thing) and wants to protect. Over time, Crow would stop acting "annoyed" and would just proceed to comfort him, with more of a "protective and gentle" type of serious attitude.
