I’d argue that this applies to a vast, vast extent in education.

For the British Right being trans, Muslim, an asylum seeker, Palestine or climate activist is virtually a pre-crime. Imagine adding AI surveillance, pseudo scientific criminology, & predictive policing to that equation.
