Anyone have tips on getting over this anxiety?? 😞 I thought I was doing better but it's gotten bad recently where it's disrupting my sleep.

He's still on his anti-seizure meds so the likelihood of him having one is low but the anxiety just lingers for me. I hate it. I just want to be able to go to sleep without constant worry.
I'm sure I annoy him to, I ask him every night if he took his meds.
Bleh. Anyway. Vent over I guess.

Now I have anxiety at bed time or anytime I wake up before him. I lay there listening to him breathing. Anytime he moves or makes a noise I get a jolt of adrenaline. It's been a long time since his last seizure (before the surgery) so now I feel like I'm just WAITING for him to have another one.

Vent? My husband has a form of epilepsy, he had brain surgery back in October to remove a small tumor that the docs thought were the cause. All of his seizures have happened when he's falling asleep/asleep/waking up. One of his really bad ones he stopped breathing. It was very traumatic for me.

Was just finishing up a walk with Honey on a nice nature trail when a dalmatian and pit-mix ran up to her. The owner was quite a ways away and didn't even call her dogs until she was like right next to us. Like girl. Come ON. My dog is twice your dog's size. Luckily we had Honey on her leash.

Bro, if you're going to walk your dogs offleash at least know how to recall them 🙄
My dog is not always friendly to new dogs ESPECIALLY when they run up to her growling and barking
