going to make more of an active effort to get some real conversation practice in, i think i'm at a point where i should be able to hold a conversation just based on my general japanese comprehension, i just have little to no practice doing it via voice instead of text

my japanese ability is too lopsided right now, my reading comprehension and my writing are so much better than my listening/speaking

had a somewhat complicated conversation about political opinions recently in japanese via text and i realized how hard i would shit the bed if this was a spoken convo

messed up the start but felt pretty good regardless

I ran RSG in late 2020 for a few weeks when everyone was running on 1.16.1 release, but that was pre bastion meta, pre ninjabrain bot, pre a lot of things, so I pretty much only know how to build a nether portal in a lava pool with a bucket and how to kill the dragon given enough beds lol

I downloaded MCSR Ranked on saturday and I did some casual races vs rqzz (we both donn't know what we're doing)

It was really really fun, I might try streaming some of my learning process to figure out how to actually navigate bastions etc, then ranked once I at least know where the gold blocks are

I was gonna order more Chainsaw Man so I could keep reading (I only have the first volume) but a lot of the early volumes up until a little bit past Reze Arc are sold out because of the recent movie release I guess, so I ordered a bunch of volumes of JJK to read while I wait for CSM to restock

I underestimated how much faster I read Japanese now compared to when I last read a bunch of manga a year ago so I didn't order more manga fast enough for it to arrive before I finish everything I have
