It just felt all smushed, like the pregnancy was fast for her, even her brothers pregnancy was just BOOM, then the wedding for her older sister is was all just chaos when I wanted more about THEM.
When I felt like SE1 did it better.

I tried to emulate as much of the clothing as possible, and under the jacket, I did make every bit of the plugsuit, and add small bits of EVA cosplay foam to make as many of the details as possible. All of the jacket details were hand satin stitched on, and the star on her back was my favorite part. My roommate hand painted tiny details, like the buttons on the hood, smaller than your fingernail! She came out AMAZING. The rivets on her goggles are actually painted googly eyes, it's my favorite cosplay trick I learned. Astro is a, African American galactic cat Vtuber, wearing a black plug suit, mismatched black and white tall socks, with a red jacket with black side stripes, brown goggles with pink lenses, and fingerless gloves. She also has a broken cat tail. Her hair is a two toned black and white, and she has white stirrups on the bottom of her jacket. She also has a regular glove on one hand, and fingerless on the other.

False was one of the first ones I worked on, and the first to use a particular pattern that I hand patterned to work with this pattern, and those are the boobas. I think I could have gone bigger, but it fits with the chibi esthetic this way. I also ordered all of the gold Sakura charms straight from Japan, because she deserves the best! False is a pink fox Vtuber, wearing a heart cut out white sweater, with a red sweater jacket with string crossed through the sleeves. She has a black plaid skirt, that opens up to a g-string with gold sakura tassles, and she wears thigh high white socks. She has a pink to white fox tail, pink fluffy fox ears, and between them is a perfect heart ahoge.

Lacuna's clothing was a lot of fun for me, but also a hassle. I ended up doing two iterations of the coat, before finally deciding to just do everything in actual leather, with the yellow inside lining being cotton. Entirely made of cottons and wools didn't keep the proper flair out shape that I wanted, despite trying additive things like horsehair. I was able to fudge a lot of the details like this, though, and was able to physically sharpie on the coat details like the caution areas, the buttons, and tiny grey fringe to be the most accurate! She was also the first one I did color blocking for the hair, and I love how the grey bits stand out with the brown in her hair. Lacuna is an assassin panda Vtuber, having brown panda ears and twin tails. She has grey hair strands, and her tails go down past her shoulders. She is wearing a white top that shows off her cleavage, and has black straps everywhere. She's wearing an asymmetrical set of pants, one opening to shorts with fishnets, and has an oversized leather/plasticy coat. It has giant sleeves, and has a caution tape motif wrapping around as a lower layer and on the sleeves, and a grey bubbly looking fringe. It has giant pockets on the sleeves for storage, and she has fingerless gloves.

I loved making Bri so much! I wanted to be as true as possible with her hair as well, and tried various patterns for curls that people suggested in the plush community. I ended up not liking any of them, so I decided to go the old fashioned way that my neighbor showed me on porcelain dolls when I was younger, and I hand twirled each length of yarn around a metal knitting needle, and poured over boiling water. All of the strands were in a couple of pieces, and I took a giant skein of yarn, and two sewing needles, and pulled the hair to cover the skull. In hindsight, I could have put pink minky in the back of the head, but I wanted the continuance from the curly bits to match! I also found the perfect cutest heart charms that closely matched her art, and added them everywhere. And the glasses are Blythe glasses that I ripped off the sides as well. Bri is an African American devil Vtuber, with curly pink hair done up in a ponytail, with fringe on either side of the face. She has glasses and pointed ears with ! and ? earrings. She has an oversized heart choker, and a black fitted corset with a heart cut out. She has fingerless gloves and a cream colored fur boa around the shoulders, and comfy pants, with oversized pockets and tiny details. She's also wearing combat boots, and has a tail that ends with a heart. She also has horns, and a black headband with black roses and spikes.
