This point doesn't get made often enough. A better organized company would get things done during the work day, or take on enough staff, or just not promise stupid things that they can't deliver. Crowing about their failure just shows how clueless they are.

They won't understand until it impacts them directly. Someone I know who is thoughtful and kind in real life, but a card carrying MAGA who consumes a diet of Fox news. Is terrified the country is under terrifying surge by hordes of Antifa and convinced Trump is defending the USA

Part of why some people are delinquent is the difficulty of keeping track of who/what/when each one happened, if your dr. changes almost every year due to insurance/moving. The state registry never worked for us. My own record keeping wasn't much better. Universal coverage would help
