Encourage Effort:Celebrate Success
Some of the Forest School children enjoyed a walk to Alexandra Park this week to visit the cenotaph and learn about why we remember and pay respect on Remeberance Sunday. We also made nature poppy's using a square lashing technique and willow from our Forest School site.

Heuwen, our guide spoke to us about old toys like rattles and dolls as well as marbles and handmade toys!

Science Experiment: Salt or Sugar?
We have been using our superhero senses to explore different science experiments. The children were given two identical jarsβone containing salt and the other sugarβand asked to use their senses to figure out which was which. the only way to be sure was by tasting!
