Going through a deep depression right now. Beyond what’s happening In the world, my personal life is in shambles too.

I know all the mantras, I know all the prayers … but this is on a whole other level heaviness, and the “tools” aren’t enough

I actually don’t know how to process this 😔

I think it’s time to realize the we are at the end of the “age of social media” .. in 20 years, this era will be reviewed and studied as a critical time in social economics

For now, we need to work towards building what’s BEST, rather than what’s next

We need healing, we need maturity and focus

Realizing how much making myself available has depleted me. Especially when I need someone, And there is radio silence … but when I’m needed, I’m there, willing and able … no matter what I have going on …

It’s time to put me first, to a degree of deep new boundaries

Honestly whenever I take long breaks off social media, I am happier. I’m not in a place within my career where my presence is necessary. Even when I do post alot in places, no one is checking for me 😂. Growing up in both analogue and digital worlds .. I’m kind over it.

The amount of destruction happening all around us should be a call to action and yet, it seems only few recognize this.

Sadly, it isn’t those who have the power to make the most immediate difference

In these times, it may feel prayers are trivial, but they are at least focused energy for good

Balance, consistency and sustainability, key words as I move forward.

Just had a wonderful meeting with a collaborator and we both are really excited about spending some time creating fusions of sound and experimental music … very excited and looking forward to what’s in store … 💜

2024 .. what a year of budding growth! This is one of those years that feels like a full reset … a true core Memory year indeed !!
