I'm not a breakfast person, let alone this early, so I ended up sharing the apple with my guinea pigs. I'm now back next to my snoozing partner, hoping to get some more sleep, but also enjoying the peace before the chaos that will follow today.

Endo surgery today. Can't have anything but plain water past 7am. So up at 6am for poptarts, an apple, and more importantly the biggest mug of tea I could get in me.

I'm scared. But hopeful this is the start of getting better. It has to be.

Two weeks into new job. Absolutely loving it so far. Haven't had much time or brain for art, as had to manage fatigue and pain levels. But I did get a lovely puzzle, and finally started playing Pokémon: Legends Arceus!

I don't think there is any point here that others don't already know. But I have just found it interesting as someone who stepped away from an older account to start fresh, so have felt really clearly both sides of how insta used to be, compared to how it is now. 4/4

I don't chase the algorithm so can't be salty really, but my original insta account used to organically get followers and get lots of art engagement just on the merit of people finding stuff they liked with tags and/or the algorithm finding the right people. 3/4
