As the design of the ball guides are finalized, other parts of the playfield start to come together as well. Here is a close up of the mystery scoop and 3 bank drop targets.

Anyway, most of the ball guides for Voyager have been designed, fitted, and play tested!

Even though the PLA is very bouncy, the shots work fairly well if you hit them right. They should work much better when replaced with the final metal pieces.

People drape themselves in fascist fashion then act surprised when the actual fascist show up. Goth subculture had this problem. The Nazi fucks are always looking for a place where they are "tolerated". Kick them the fuck out & make sure the place never looks inviting to them again.

It really captures the vibe of the boring dystopian capitalist hellscape we're stuck in.

It's #twitchrecap time. Another year as me as a both a streamer & viewer. I think this marks me officially being more of a Tarot streamer then a Pinball streamer - I swear I'll get back to streaming pinball more often. 🤣

I don't get why they won't budge on keeping OBX as a sanctioned event. OBX was clearly a fucked up situation, de-sanction it and move on with everybody clearly understanding the inclusion policy has teeth. Now everybody waits to see what they do next time which leaves things in limbo. This is dumb.

It all kinda reminds me of how there's this part of the Goth subculture that uncritically or worse unironically embraces the fashion of fascism. When criticized who defends them? The Nazis. When you're friendly with Nazis that makes you.....

The mental gymnastics people do in order to justify not just kicking the Nazis out or worse still why it's okay that they personally do stuff that looks like Nazi stuff is impressive in a bad way.

With the frequency of vtuber channels becoming Nazi bars due to quietly allowing those kinds of fans to proliferate your community, you really have to think about the messaging your branding sends. And if it sends the wrong message, you have to course correct.

What happend at OBX was fucked up. Women's Advisory Panel got it right; Desanctioning the event & make the inclusive policy change. Fixing it going forward is good, but this is easy to fix going back. Show the policy has teeth or it's just empty words.

Video I made for TikTok showing the difference between filtered & unfiltered audio.

This chain goes against what I learned in the past like front-loading noise reduction. I think it's because of VEA's "magic" that this works. For reference my mic is a AT2040 & I leveled my audio interface so speaking normally was around -20dBs before hitting the filter chain.

VEA location in the chain seems weird, but trying it in different locations this worked best for me.

SlickEQ tweaks Low/Mid/Highs
Nova reduces hard "S" & "T" sounds
Kotelnikov is preventing peaks
VEA is a "magic" make it sound pro plug-in
Expander reduces background sounds
Wider gives "Presense"

I hate secret sauce in streaming so now that I think I've perfected my audio filter chain here it is:

Kotelnikov
VEA
Expander
Wider

VEA is the only one that's not free but it's only $30. VEA is also running in atkAudio Plugin since it's a 3.0 VST which OBS doesn't support natively.
