The Prime Minister Christopher Luxon needs to show leadership and moral courage and condemn the US attacking Venezuela.
This is a unilateral attack that goes against any enduring pathway to international peace through justice.

Tax flight is NOT A THING. Rich people don't move because of high cost of living; that's what makes them rich! Being forced out due to high costs is a poor person thing, not a rich person thing. Can you imagine a billionaire saying they moved somewhere lame because of expenses? Insane.

A government using its tax revenue to wisely invest in infrastructure and quality-of-life-enhancing services for its residents? Whoever thought of such a thing?

'Social investment' doesn't mean 'cuts'. They are being required to make cuts, and directed to use 'social investment' (i.e. normal evaluation methods) as a way to decide what to cut. 'Social investment' as a theory overall would tell you invest more in our failing, underfunded services.

Child Poverty Report is a whole *4 pages* long - of which one page is charts.

Those charts indicate that Budget announcements are expect to do SFA to improve child poverty rates over coming 4 years.

Reflects perverted set of priorities😡.

Just about everything Nicola Willis is announcing in this budget is bad for our future, bad for climate, bad for our society.
Taking money from essential workers in female dominated industries, young families having new babies, KiwiSavers. It’s madness.

It is a very particular thing with this Government that businesses are the only things that drives economic growth, whereas people just, I dunno, have babies and breath too much.
