Delighted to be named a Fellow of the American Statistical Association (@amstatnews.bsky.social). Thanks to my colleagues, collaborators, friends and family who supported me throughout my career. Looking forward to continuing to develop the subject of statistics and its application going forward.

Today is my last day as Editor for Social Sciences and Government at the Annals of Applied Statistics. It has been a very interesting twelve years in the role and I got to handle many great papers.

I’ll be staying on as an Associate Editor at the journal.

Last night, Trish and I did the SaintéLyon off the back of very little preparation; we got a late entry a month before. The route went from Saint Étienne to Lyon covering 82km and 2600m elevation gain. It will take a while for my legs and feet to forgive me 😂😂😂
