40.6% for the Greens. Reform second on 28.7%, Labour third on 25.4%.

Spirits very lifted this morning. They can be beaten. But people have to step up. Huge boots on the ground campaign in Manchester by the Greens. Find your tribe for May and find out what you can do to elect progressive politicians.

Reform can be beaten. We'll be in the election campaigns proper for the May elections. Do what you can to help but most of all vote for hope.

In England perhaps. In Scotland and Wales the SNP and Plaid have practised the politics of hope for many years. But fantastic to see that despite the MSM cheerleading for the extreme right, voters chose otherwise. Hopefully they'll continue to do so in May.

It's both quite funny and quite horrifying hearing what's been written on ballot papers. (Candidates have to verify spoilt ballots before the result is announced). The public do not hold politicians in any estime.
