The background is a yard descending into the darkness of the neighborhood behind it further into the background. On the right of the image, in the yard, is a tree with hanging ghost decorations. Further into the background is a street across the whole image, some of the light of a streetlight on the far-left. Across the street are several homes, lights seen in some of their windows and illuminating their doorsteps. Halloween lights adorn a few porches and garages in yellow, orange, and purple colors. A few doorsteps have jack-o-lanterns, one having a lantern further-right. This far-background is bathed mostly in darkness. There is a small easter-egg hidden within the background. It is bathed in the darkness of the forest, waiting for you. Watching you. Watching you with its loathsome, ancient eyes.
