See, we changed our business model to accommodate them, instead of expecting them to change for us. We make 1-2 bulk orders a year when everything we need is in stock, and when we did customs, we took the years queue at once to plan them over a longer period.

Its true that they dont restock often, but they never have, so I dont see that as a flaw, it's an expectation. And I feel like they do a good job advertising their expectations, like they SAY outright they need 2-3 weeks to process an order, so that's a clear expectation to me

Weve almost exclusively bought from howl for the last 4 years, buying 1-2 large shipments a year, and the only problems have been GSM fluctuations and 2 times have received the wrong color / quantity. We just did our yearly bulk buy a few days ago so we will see if this has any problems

And if you email on a Thursday or Friday, it is not bad custom service to receive a reply monday. That isnt "taking days to respond" that is called having a weekend

50% of the "they changed the dye lot!" Posts are people receiving the wrong color. Not a dyelot change. It is frustrating when the GSM changes without warning and that's the only valid complaint I have seen about them.

- their website says on every listing you NEED to order a CURRENT swatch. It is not surprising the swatch you got 3 years ago doesnt match the current colors.

- they also clearly state a processing time of 2-3 weeks, you cant be mad they havent shipped within a week of your order

Hot take but most of the complaints I see about howl fabric are just user error
