And I feel like they do a good job advertising their expectations, like they SAY outright they need 2-3 weeks to process an order, so that's a clear expectation to me

We just did our yearly bulk buy a few days ago so we will see if this has any problems

- their website says on every listing you NEED to order a CURRENT swatch. It is not surprising the swatch you got 3 years ago doesnt match the current colors.
- they also clearly state a processing time of 2-3 weeks, you cant be mad they havent shipped within a week of your order
Hot take but most of the complaints I see about howl fabric are just user error
