thank you for your words. i’m under a doctor’s care, and we’re deciding on the next steps together. i believe things will eventually settle down.

a positive thing about this situation is that i’ve returned to music again. i even came up with a funny way of playing the piano, even though i don’t actually have one.

today i spent the whole day following a schedule that limited my phone use. i feel better, but im worried that returning to a state of complete stress relief and feeling completely unblocked will take time.
