But I'm not ashamed of it and know what it does to me, and that's why it makes me feel better than if people judge me.

I think a lot has changed, but also a lot of misconceptions. Being naked is a form of freedom for nudists/naturists, but some see it as a form of sexism. And I think that's a shame, because I feel wonderfully free when I'm naked, but people still look at me strangely when I tell them that.
