Yeah I don't necessarily disagree. I just struggle to think of a single forward player who was available that could have brought us the same pts that madueke and eze and gyok have over the entire course of the season. Maybe ekitike...who a lot of us wanted but was a fairly big gamble.

Without our depth with the injuries we've had this season we wouldn't even be in the title race. The depth has got us 4 pts clear with 12 to play. Seems very recency biased analysis. Like, yes we could have used prime healthy Isak in the last 7 game run but without the depth we'd be 10-15 pts worse
