Re SaltPath scandal. It seems I was wrong to accept the theory of a fraudulent illness.
However, the pain caused by the publicity claiming even a partial 'cure' for those suffering typical CBD is very real. Such topics need to be handled with delicacy.

This is possible. Consultant told us it can only be definitively diagnosed in autopsy. The clear brain scan claim from the article is suspicious - all my mum's scans have been clear.

Absolutely. And the idea of his being 'cured' is desperately painful to those whose condition worsens every day.

CBD can only be definitively diagnosed by examining the brain after death. Currently only an assumption based on symptoms. My mum has it and needs 24-hour care- 2 years after diagnosis.

Indeed perhaps he is just lucky - it is an unpredictable condition. I would not wish it on anyone.

The condition can manifest in different ways so he may just be lucky. But these kind of redemption narratives can be painful to those who must contine to suffer. Thank you for your understanding.
