he's very softspoken with a light, vaguely sing-songy voice. its haunting and alluring, almost addictive.

i suppose it only becomes an issue when it directly impacts people you care about, rather than someone you dislike. i don't regret my handling of my personal experience, i only wish i had been taken seriously to prevent further incidents.

it is a little bit silly how i was labeled a bully for being bothered by something that others later experienced, but the past is the past.
