Can't really articulate it properly. Was dealing with some anxiety, stress and associated symptoms earlier this year. Started taking it and I generally feel less anxious and stressed... If I am my symptoms are more manageable etc.

I used to live on Cocorite Road. I'm glad I moved before the traffic by Tumpuna got rly terrible cause that evening traffic is insane.
However now I live just before O'Meara lights so I get caught in that traffic on an afternoon now 😕
