🚀 Collaborative QA: Worked with the team to thoroughly test a new feature that's launching next week—excited to see it in our users' hands!

✨ Smarter scheduling: Enhanced our Best Time to Post algorithm to avoiding conflicts with already scheduled content, giving users better recommendations.

🔒 Security & code quality: Addressed the last bits of a security vulnerability in our dependencies, refined error handling, and removed redundant code paths—making our platform more secure, stable, and easier to maintain. ur customers.

🏗️ Infrastructure modernization: Led a major cleanup effort removing legacy webworkers across our platform, reducing technical debt and simplifying our architecture for better maintainability.

This is one of the many things that I like so much about Buffer which makes it unique.

This is customer satisfaction taken to the next level. Acting with integrity. Instead of allowing these customers to continue paying for a service they aren't utilizing, we act with transparency and cancel their plan, ensuring they no longer incur unnecessary costs.

This week, we proactively reached out to paying customers who have stopped using our product. We are cancelling their plans. Simple as that. Doing the right thing.

With the next @Buffer retreat on the horizon, and my kids in their own classes, it's the time to get back and shake off the rust.
