Most megamarts and grocery stores don't carry every cut of meat. They only carry the popular ones. Letting the super rich make policy seems to be failing us.

At my local grocery store the only beef liver, which is what I'm assuming he's talking about, is sliced liver for 4.99 for 4 ounces or 19.96 a pound. The cheapest ground beef is 5.99 a pound. The cheapest chuck roast is 6.99 a pound. Maybe go to a grocery store before offering shopping advice.
