Five straight days either on the exercise bike for 30 minutes or walking at least 4 miles. The first few days were torture, with 30 minutes rolling by like 30 hours. But time now moves faster. I've got three months to lose the quit smoking weight and turn around unimpeachable blood work. 🤣
