ECCC 2026 Artist Alley commission list Emerald City Comic Con is one of the best, but also one of the most difficult, places to snag art from your favorite comic creators. Allow Popverse to provide another way

ECCC put out a list of folks who are taking commissions in Artist Alley this year. It's got names, table numbers, pricing and contact info.

Before any trip to a new place, I meticulously plot routes, stops, and save locations in a Google Maps list.

For Milwaukee this week I have even went as far as street viewing the downtown area so I know visually what I'm looking for while en route.

It's hard to navigate.

I answered an art related question someone had on IG and then the next day was bombarded with personal questions and gifs when I didn't see or respond.

Then they got upset that I wasn't holding conversation?

I try to be as authentic to my IRL self as I can online. Always have. I say I'm "your pal Tabby" bc I try to treat everyone as kindly as I would my actual friends.

But accepting / answering a single DM from a stranger does not equate to closeness.

Please don't spam someone you don't know with personal questions and "where are you" gifs 14+ times a day after you have spoken literally once
