really understood how we experience the world and spoke to it with more knowledge on it. That’s all anyone can ask for.

place. Those of us who’ve done extensive therapy do have that ability. Deep breaths, working out, taking walks or hikes, listening to music, not living in future fears, etc. These are all tools to navigate our darker days or moods.
We just wish that more people who don’t suffer with this condition…
For us, our sad or happy feelings come for us in very organic ways. They are as natural as breathing to us. There is no choice involved here. To force ourselves to be happy, to us, would be unnatural.
Now, that doesn’t mean we don’t have tools to get us thru the day and to put us in a better…
