Bangor University first taught forestry in 1904. During this long history, through donations and acquisitions, he University has developed a unique and important collection of forestry-related archive material.
The science of wood has, in the UK, received far less attention than many of us might have hoped. However, the knowledge is not lost; here, at the Bangor Forestry Archive, we continue to retain an extensive collection of wood sciences literature.
