We were going to try to make it down this year, but decided that being around for my dad's 70th was a good idea.

We've got cons appearing in dying hotels, Eagle's Clubs, and other such locations here. So an arena is nice.

Also, unironically one of the reasons non-Omaha cons fail is that the Omaha fen by-and-large refuse to travel outside of Omaha.

It's in the arena now, and was a grand time when we went in '22.

Elegoo's settings are solid. I haven't had any issues with their presets to do it when I downloaded from their website.

This was the last piece I needed for my Imperial Guardsman cosplay.

I can't get it on because I'm incapable of dislocating my shoulder. I MIGHT be able to get it to work if I sand some parts down and make the lower section sides thinner.

Or cut them off, sand them, and do strapping instead.

I'll likely do a Serpent Guard of Apophis because lets be honest, Teal'c and Breytak are the best.

Also, the XTC-3d resin I used on it cured in a cold basement. Texture galore.

I need to pick up a bottle of whiskey to create a coffee absinthe I picked up from Bristol Renaissance Faire.

I usually bring a coffee beer. Can't day drink if you don't start at breakfast.

Or one time I infused a coffee whiskey.

My favorite is still breakfast burritos at the Marriot Starbucks in KC.

Not free. But ohhhhh so satisfying.

The new Elegoo formula is fantastic, I use their ABS-like resin for props and minis. And cheaper than Siraya.

80 grit and 150 grit.

Smoothed out some parts with flexifiller. Will sand that down by hand, then a filler primer and sand again!

I've enjoyed the elegoo from time to time. Currently addicted to their resins.
