On the way to work I saw an electronic billboard for No on 50 in Spanish. Let me get this straight, the party of "This is America, Speak English" and "We can racially profile you to kidnap you" is forsaking their core values to try to get votes? They'll target you for votes and arrest. nICE.

So i read all the Left Behind books when they came out. One of the"signs of the anti-Christ" was that he was going to have a head injury and then sign a peace treaty with Israel. I haven't heard that description in a while.

Because our punishment has been paid for, being that there is no condemnation for those in Christ, and our divides have been reconciled by the sacrifice of Christ, we should be living freely beyond the curse. We would not balk at a slave being a pastor, nor one of any ethnicity. Why decry women?

Galatians 3:28 says that there is neither slave or free, male or female, Greek or Jew in the church. All inequity caused by sin have been equalized as we are one in Christ. So why are we so adamant that the penalty of sin in Genesis 3 continues with inequality? Our oneness and unity overcomes sin.

My two points to his concerns were:
1. If they are being trafficked, shouldn't we ensure that they have one night where they are shown the love of Christ unconditionally? That's a great ministry opportunity.
2. I think we are at the point in this country where reporting undocumented immigrants...

1. How was he to know the farmer was not trafficking these migrant workers. Should we report in case?
2. Could he get in trouble for harboring undocumented workers in our current climate?

I advised he communicate with churches in the convention who do have migrant worker ministries.

I was talking with a pastor and he brought up that a local farmer with migrant workers was asking if he could rent out his church for a night so the migrant workers could have a roof over their head after a long day of work. He was concerned about a couple of things:

I saw recently a bunch of posts about no one saying anything about gun control when Trump was shot. It isn't true, as Biden himself said we need to do sometime about guns after the shooting. Let no one say no one asked for something to be done with the Kirk shooting because something must be done.

I'm guessing the Cracker Barrel guy is on his way to hide the Epstein/Trump files.

This is a picture of the legacy of a man who sold his soul for a bowl of political porridge. It went from focusing on the family to focusing on being called by leaders for advice on how to keep people under their thumb.
