The dude worked at the rest stop and he said this in front of five or six of his colleagues, all of whom were taking a break on a couple benches. We came back by about 10 minutes later on the way back to the car after a little walk and they were still giving him shit about it. 😅

Yup! Did it in the app. It's a different UI for videos for some reason but I'd opened it back up a couple times to edit the text and it was still there after clicking Done each time so it "saved" before posting. What happened to it on submit is a mystery forever!

That's the pillow on her side of the bed but yeah, they're her toys and bits of treats that she's stashed away for later. 😅

So like with baths, she's super anxious and pacing around but *not fleeing* as long as the sprayer is far away and I'm filling a cup to wet/rinse her. (And I remove everything else.) Food/treats? Scrubber? Spray closer? OVER THE LINE! The low-pressure stream just doesn't break the threshold so 👍.

Distractions only exacerbate her anxiety. 😅 The vet/trainer theory has been that it's just adding to the pile of things she's hyper aware of in the moment. So with her it's been better to go very slowly to find her threshold and stopping there. Desensitization isn't a thing for her apparently!

Currently editing my new vlog, "Getting My Shit Together - Ep. 1", wherein I stare at piles of crap in my house and try to work up the willpower to clean/organize, then hard cuts to me just eating macaroni & cheese. That cycle then repeats for 16 minutes and 47 seconds. I think it'll be a big hit.
