I'm not reading at all lately, I just have 0 energy and it's so frustrating, I feel like I lost part of myself.

I'm so tired of living with trauma. It feels just so unfair that I have to carry the consequences of what others did to me.
Mentally I'm like this is fine, everything's ok. My body though is like yeah no here is some creeplying anxiety.
