The latest Copernicus data from October 3rd put the planet at a daily surface temperature anomaly of 1.51°C over the 1850-1900 IPCC pre-industrial baseline.

And it looks like the anomaly will be heading back over 1.60°C in the next few days. Stay tuned!

As the picture shows this is excluding EV and heat pump. So you would need more solar for heating in winter weeks.

Also excluded is AC (we don't need that a lot in the Netherlands) but that is no problem for solar.

Oh, and solar is in kWp and batteries in kWh.

As you can see, some countries that are over represented in the renewables world are actually extreme outliers. For most of the world it's much simpler. They don't need to worry about seasonal storage. Just some batteries and solar panels.

Aus heutiger Sicht sind letztere weit voraus.
Zudem galt bislang immer: es kommt schneller und ärger als gedacht.

Stell Dir vor, Kakao/Schokoprodukte, Kaffee, Olivenöl und neuerdings Nüsse (v.a. Haselnüsse) werden wegen der Klimakatastrophe von einem Jahr zum anderen um 50-100% teurer und fast niemand nennt Klima als Grund...
Und jetzt stell dir vor, das wird irgendwann mit Weizen Mais und Reis passieren...
