As more health systems, organizations, schools, and other settings try to use digital mental health to promote mental health and wellbeing at scale, it's important to understand who is using it and why #digitalmentalhealth

This helps us answer open questions in digital mental health (why did they stop?, how did they benefit?).

Many of these users were already using other resources to support their mental health, had already benefited, or signed up just to give it a try.

Nearly 100,000 community members received Headspace as part of this program, and we were able to survey 2,725 of them, including a good number of past users and those who signed up and never used the app. Getting information from people who drop-out is always challenging
