I have Sourdough Discard Pancake/Waffle mix doing it's overnight rest.

You don't add baking powder, soda, salt or eggs until right before cooking.

Fingers crossed they are good

I got my copy of the 4K Nightmare on Elm Street collection.

Opened the case to find the 3d glasses were not included.

On further checking it appears that most the black boxes didn't get them put in at all.

Still not worth the exchange hassle.

Going to brew coffee and watch!

Tried the overnight rest version of my sourdough discard buttermilk biscuits recipe.

Turned out good, kinda reminds me of Pillsbury flakey layers canned biscuits.

The overnight rest really brought out the tangy taste.

I'm done doing anything besides just staying alive and making sure Dozer is taken care of.

I'm just too tired for anything else

It was decent. I wish I had the chocolate chip morsels that the recipe called for.

Maybe next time will be better
