#golf on a miserable windy wet day in Scotland decided to go back to warmer climes and back to Golf del Sur in Tenerife. I think it is the 3rd on the Links 9, again 12,000' mount Teide in the background

Musk is just rubbing his hands. My Teslas are too expensive, people prefer VW or Honda or Toyota because they give better value for money. So what we'll do is slap a massive tariff on non US cars which means they have to buy my Tesla. Bit like the Lada story of the 80s.

#golf this was Montrose Golf Club (5th oldest in the world) 2022 from the 2nd tee. Reports from the club after last winter, costal erosion had taken another 7 metres of the 2nd fairway.

Both my sons have played it all the way thru one on Xbox the other on PC. I'm on PC and suspect it maybe graphics card related.

#gamer anecdote. The orig PS3 suffered from the orange light of death caused by dry joints under the CPU. I decide to try and fix it. Carefully dismantled it, a friend put it thru a re-flow furnace. I reassemble but used heatsink tape rather than paste. Eureka it booted, lasted 5mins then shutdown

Started Vielguard but just crashes all the time I get batches of 10 minutes playtime. So I've gone back to play Skyrim.

Corp IT guys use to play this at lunch time and the same thing would happen. I ran the R&D comp resources and the designers would start to complain about lag on their X terminal. I would go and get Corp IT they would stop playing come and have a look and surprise found no problem. Ah 10baseT!

Yeap, do this all the time but I usually find it in a bunker.

#golf Staying in Gran Canaria this is Salobre Old. Nice course but wouldn't recommend the other course the New. It was tricked up and punitive, sole destroying when I played it.

Things were oh so simple you had 640KB/1MB RAM, games were about the storyline rather than relying on graphics.
