I kind of can't imagine reading them separately

Also yes I absolutely went directly from beginning of heresy straight into imperium secundus because it's my favorite story arc of the whole thing

There were other books on the list first but they were mostly Lorgar ones and I refuse to read about him more than I Absolutely Have To

I took a small break to plow through the Night Lords Omnibus also but we're back in it now
