All violence is abhorrent and I absolutely condemn the shooting of Charle Kirk. Full stop. That said, he did not do the same when he was alive.

Still waiting to grow up. Independent politically but side with rationality, kindness, belief in science and George Carlin's insights and musings as a course in high schools.

Pritzker: This is not about fighting crime. This is about the President and his complicit lackey, Stephen Miller, searching for ways to lay the groundwork to circumvent our democracy, militarize our cities, and end elections.

22.08.2025 21:05 โ ๐ 5418 ๐ 1005 ๐ฌ 948 ๐ 175This photo captures a tranquil sunset scene at low tide on the coast of Zanzibar. The shoreline stretches into the distance on the left, framed by dense, dark silhouettes of tropical trees and palms. The beach is a mix of white sand and dark patches of exposed rock and coral, revealed by the receding water. In the foreground on the right, a wooden pier with rope railings extends into the calm sea, its legs casting shadows in the fading light. The sky is painted in soft, layered gradients - warm orange and pink hues near the horizon blending into purples and deep blues above - with delicate streaks of clouds catching the last glow of the setting sun.
At the hour when the sun slips quietly into the sea, the world seems to breathe more slowly. In this in-between space, where sea and land hesitate to part, Iโm reminded that everything beautiful is fleeting, and perhaps that is why it matters so much.

Looking forward to share some new work from there ๐.
Meanwhile hereโs a video of a really cool iceberg ๐ง we found last week.
In the foreground the emerald green waters of the river thunder through a gap in a rock face. The crack is the outlet from a a tunnel created and under the rock creating a natural bridge over the river. Beyond the rock barrier the river wiggles up the valley through a conifer forest towards a jagged peak (sorry can't remember the name) which still has a snow covering. Many of the trees are grey and lifeless, killed by Pine borer beetle larvae which are devastating the forests in the area... another result of Climate Change.
