Or maybe that's just my exhaustion. My fitness tracker decided to log my 20-30 mins walking home with a bunch of heavy groceries as "moderate to vigorous physical activity (mvpa)", which is kinda funny with how none of it was planned. I also walked 9k steps in total today.
