Trump will be revoking the legal status of 532k immigrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua & Venezuela. He’s urging them to self-deport or face arrest & removal by agents. They came to the US LEGALLY under a Biden sponsorship process.

Today I had the absolute honor in becoming the new chair for the Montgomery County Democratic Party. With around 130 people in attendance, it’s clear MoCo is ready to get to work! I look forward to working alongside an incredible officer team & a full 30 member executive committee.

Tomorrow… Trump will sign an executive order directing Education Secretary Linda McMahon to “take all necessary steps to facilitate the closure the Department of Education & return education authority to the States.”

U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes temporarily blocked the U.S. military from enforcing Trump’s executive order barring transgender people from military service. Saying it violated the U.S. Constitution’s prohibition on sex discrimination.

Trump has signed an executive order that states the federal government no longer explicitly prohibits contractors from having segregated restaurants, waiting rooms & drinking fountains. This is trumps way of ending DEI.

“For more than 2 centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision. The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose,” Chief Justice John Roberts said.

Trump has announced that he is cutting secret service protection from Hunter & Ashley Biden. (Joe Biden’s children) & is cutting funding to South Africa because Hunter Biden is currently vacationing there. This is not only juvenile behavior, but it’s also very dangerous for the Biden family.

In a late night post, Trump just proved once again that he’s a wanna be dictator.

Longtime Houston Mayor & newly elected Congressman Sylvester Turner has died. Turner’s death comes at a critical time in Congress. Republicans have few votes to spare as they look to advance Trump’s agenda. With Turner’s safely Democratic seat vacant, Republicans now control 218 seats to Dems 214.

President Zelenskyy took to Twitter to reiterate Ukraines commitment to peace & said what happened at the White House did not go how it was supposed to. He’s ready to sign the mineral agreement deal & for the millionth time… has thanked the US for their support during the war.

Trump slapped tariffs on Canada, so Canada applied counter tariffs on the US. Now he is having a tantrum & saying he’ll just match whatever retaliation they have. Did he think these countries weren’t going to respond to his tariffs? That was a stupid question, of course he doesn’t think.

Is that supposed to be an incentive? He does know American companies are being hit with tariffs too, right? 🤦🏼‍♀️

Trump imposed 25% tariffs on most imports from Canada & Mexico & an additional 10% tariff on China. In retaliation, Canada hit the U.S. with 25% tariffs on $30 billion in goods just after midnight, though it did not specify which products were included.

That’s right. 🇺🇦

Trump is now threatening colleges & universities for allowing freedom of speech. Attacking students saying they’ll be expelled or deported for organizing in a protest.

The US is pausing all current military aid to Ukraine until Trump determines the country’s leaders demonstrate a “good-faith commitment to peace.” Trump ordered the pause just days after an Oval Office blowup with Ukrainian president Zelenskyy.

Still haven’t lowered the cost of food, healthcare, childcare or housing. People are losing their jobs left and right. Kids are dying from measles & another congressman proposed the idea that we should make a $250 bill with trumps face on it. Now, they want to put him on the $100 bill.

Or maybe, just maybe… republicans, democrats & independents are actually upset & holding their elected officials accountable. If these were democrat town halls where everyone was pissed, Trump wouldn’t be saying they’re paid troublemakers.

I can only predict that tomorrow will further divide our country, he will blame the democrats for everything that’s wrong & he’ll gloat about all the things that have ruined peoples lives in the last month. I sincerely hope I’m wrong.
