Although I'm going to be inactive for a while, I want to thank you all for showing interest in my game, it's helping me stay motivated in working on it after its development was put on a hiatus in the past couple years.

I'm afraid yesterday's post was the last clip I could show off on a daily basis since I pretty much shown everything I've recorded.

Any new clips of my game at this point onwards would likely be revealed during the weekends. If I drew any art, I might share them on a weekday as well.

Sword & Shield Power-ups

With the sword, you can stab your enemies with a quick thrust that even lets you hover in the air a bit.
With the shield, you'll be granted two extra hit points with reduced knockback.

It's actually been nearly 5 years since I released the first demo of my game.

I was hoping I could release another demo by 2022 but life wasn't exactly kind in giving me free time and motivation in the past few years so the development was slowed to a halt... Maybe things will be better this time.

Taken inspiration from Sonic CD and Ratchet & Clank.
You shoot insects, blow up things, and get timewarped to either the good future or the bad future depending on whether you completed the main goal of the stage!

Breakable Falling Floors.
If you stand on one of them for too long, you'll fall down yourself!

Whacking down unstable floors will also force them to fall immediately and they can be destroyed with bombs.

HUD has also been changed since the last demo to resemble how it would be displayed on an actual Game Boy game by having each number be an 8x8 tile.

Codename 47 is a pretty tough game to beat due to how janky it is. But in spite of that, I couldn't help but love the early 2000's charm this game has with its aesthetics and especially the music.
