You should try measuring orrr taking daily photos! It wonโ€™t feel like anything is changing but youโ€™ll look back after a month or 3 months or whatever and be able to see the changes! Daily photos is a lot, I just did that with 75 hard a while back. Weekly might be better. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Feel this so hard. I take measurements monthly to battle it because if I can see a number change, Iโ€™ll believe it. Otherwise I just see what I wanna see and itโ€™s usually not great ๐Ÿ˜…

I did incline treadmill(12-3-30 after an hour of lifting) like 6 days a week for a year ๐Ÿ˜‚ Calorie deficit makes it go faster. Now I lift 6 days a week for almost 2 hours-occasionally do cardio. All normal stuff! I learned consistency is THE most important part. You gotta show up for yourself
