Baltimore elected a young, energetic mayor over the party establishment candidate. They said he couldn’t get this city’s main problem—murder rates—under control.

Our murder rate is now the lowest since 1965.

Today it told me it’d take an 1 hour 18 minutes to go 12 miles. First of all, definitely a sub-optimal route (I did it in 11 miles), secondly, is 9.2 mph realistic even as a progression speed? They’d be better off not even trying.
