Very fun month to complete considering my oldest submitted scores were done around then and I really liked the maps too. March has over 500 nofc maps so it will take a while but so far my pace has been very good.

also in my updated sheet which shows how many fcs i need to be #1 in fc count for every year you can see how right now 2021 or 2022 is much bigger grind than 2024 since I already played lot of 2024 maps before.

new maps are tempting. I think this year I'm not going to try to play every new map but instead focus more on the score quality. This way its less mental and I can keep 2018 as my main project. Even doing a few sets a day is good because it will make completing 2025 in the future easier

Solid start for a year I have been looking forward to. Main focus is keeping the 95% 5* and 50% 6* fc rates going forward and while I try to fc every map I can I also try to keep good pace to not get stuck on one map 👍

made a little update to my sheet which gives me a better idea how grindy some of the following years will be

for 2018 getting around 40 fcs/day should make finishing it in 4 months doable as my goal is getting around 8200 fcs total

Bonus goals:
- Start grinding medals when/if new dedication/level system drops
- Fix chokes on 2007 maps for that 100% fc rate
- Learn to stop retryspamming when going for fcs and use the time to clear more maps instead
- Unforgiving +hdhr fc
- do more completion streams

I'm not planning to go for 2007-2014 score optimization until I have caught up to the current day which will take me a long time. I will still do old maps every now and then (like i played all of 2007 earlier this year) but mostly ones over 4min long.

2025 osu goals:
- 750 billion ranked score
- 1.5 trillion total score
- 35000 Silver S
- 2018 & 2019 completion
- Score on every marathon map and most FCs
- 0 gold S & SS

2020 is doable too but I need to change my approach for it to happen 👁️

All i want for christmas is a score calculation update so both clients use lazer classic scoring similarly how grades are calculated now

My plan before 2025 is to get most of the long <5* maps done and also those that have low fc count so once I start doing big clear sessions I won't get stuck. Not at home setup so the focus is on lower sr for next week. I also need more clears (more clears), clearfarming rankedscores perfect combo 👍

got this done very quickly compared to previous years I did but its nice if the problem maps are on the shorter side this year

Played every marathon from 2022!
I will start playing 2021 next and catch up with 2024 marathons early next year probably.

This is more noticeable on newer maps. 2015-2017 are my most scoreoptimized years and if I see a 5* map have nomod scores in top50 it probably has some hard patterns in there. For new maps its hard to tell how hard a map is looking at lb alone since most of the time the map is just underplayed

Something I have noticed is that its weird how lot of leaderboards have like 5 hd only fcs when there is over 40 nomod fcs. For some reason I always thought hd/nm preference was 50/50 but apparently not.

Santa Claus definitely won't visit me on Christmas after fcing with that acc... 🤦‍♂️

gained over 500 A ranks from the recalc but also lost some gold s. I think its because of 90-93% acc b ranks since those are all A ranks now. Less gold S to fix is nice 😎👍

It might be anywhere from few days to months but when I experience another "burnout" its probably good time to start 2018 completion, that's what happened before I started 2017 too.

All it took me was one session of playing new maps like a week ago and now I can't stop playing them.
I'm going to go back to doing sessions with 2024 maps/marathon completion like I did in summer.
